Cepea, April 17 2019 – Despite the slow trading pace for quick deliveries in the Brazilian cotton market, some batches were sold in the first fortnight of April, since sellers were willing to lower asking prices – most batches have lower quality though. Purchasers, mainly processing plants, were searching for high quality cotton, but bidding prices were lower than asking prices.
