Cepea, November 18, 2021 – Estimates released in the second week of November pointed to the possibility of high productivity of Brazilian corn crops in the 2021/22 season, which increased pressure on prices – corn values have been fading for some weeks in most Brazilian regions surveyed by Cepea.
Purchasers continued away from the national spot market in the first fortnight of the month. As for sellers, some of them were still assessing cash flow needs, while others were more willing to trade, aiming to make room in warehouses to receive the summer crop
