Cepea, October 18, 2021 – Corn prices faded in the first fortnight of October in most Brazilian regions surveyed by Cepea. However, at ports, values increased. In the interior of Brazil, despite the crop failure in the 2020/21 season, consumers were not interested in buying corn in the first half of the month, due to both low exports and better weather conditions for the summer crop
