Cepea, Dec. 2 – Crystal sugar prices have been dropping since mid-November in the spot market of São Paulo State. Mills consulted by Cepea were more flexible regarding sugar asking prices in the second fortnight of the month, which may be linked to the international price drops of demerara sugar (New York Stock Exchange)
