Cepea, February 3, 2022 – Corn prices increased in the Brazilian spot market in January, despite the beginning of the first crop harvesting in southern Brazil – until the end of the month, the volume available in the market was low, since activities had just begun. It is important to consider that the output is expected to be lower, due to bad weather conditions during crops development.
