Cepea, May 3, 2021 – Dry weather hampered wheat sowing in Paraná State (PR) in late April. Although this scenario did not concern agents from the sector that much, it may delay sowing and the harvesting. The area to be sown with wheat should be larger, since the high prices levels for the cereal led farmers to sow wheat – however, corn quotes have been high too, limiting increases in the area allocated to wheat
