Cepea, April 2 – Soybean prices increased in the Brazilian market in March, mainly late in the month, due to the US dollar appreciation against Real. This scenario encouraged new sales in Brazil – which had been at a slow pace since early 2019. The upward trend of quotes is also linked to the firm demand from both the international market and Brazilian processing plants
