Cepea, February 5 2019 – Corn prices increased slightly in the Brazilian market in January, underpinned by the fast exporting pace in the last weeks and the lower interest of sellers in trading the cereal. As the soybean harvesting advances, agents prefer to trade this product rather than corn, keeping liquidity low in the domestic corn market.
