High inventories keep trading pace slow in Brazil and prices drop

Cepea, November 21 2018 – The harvesting of the new wheat crop stepped up in Brazil in the first fortnight of November, but the demand for the national product was weakened. With the larger volume available (both national and imported), some purchasers seemed to be stocked up for a three-months period, on average. Other purchasers, in turn, still have wheat to receive at the beginning of 2019
