Cepea, August 3 2018 – The development of the 2018/19 oranges is late, mainly in non-irrigated orchards, due to the small rain amount (below average) in the first semester of 2018 in São Paulo. Thus, quality of the fruits harvested has decreased.
Since the harvesting beginning of early varieties, in mid-March, Cepea collaborators have reported difficulties to find oranges in the size demanded by the in natura market
