Cepea, December 5, 2017 – The slow pace of corn exportations in late November and higher interest in sales in Brazil pressed down cotton quotes in most regions surveyed by Cepea last month. Despite price drops, the pace of trades was slow, as many processors limited purchases to small batches and sellers were focused on fieldwork.
The sharpest price drops were observed in the market of São Paulo, due to higher availability of the corn from central-western Brazil
