Cepea, July 4 – Prices of soybean and soymeal dropped in the Brazilian market in June, mainly from the second fortnight onward. What derived that decrease was the harvest end in Argentina, the large surplus in Brazil (despite increasing exportations), and expectations for a high output of the 2017/18 crop in the United States. The record supply of the second crop corn and the need to make room at warehouses for corn pressed down quotes as well
